We want you to love every part of your Polished Kitchen & Home experience. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.


🛏️ Bedding Returns

We offer a 100-Night Trial on all Paulette Maray bedding.

Try your sheets or duvet cover in the comfort of your home. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 100 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be clean and in gently used condition

  • Original packaging is appreciated, but not required

  • Returns must be initiated within the 100-night window

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


🕯️ Candles, Fabric Mists & Home Fragrance

Due to the nature of these products, all fragrance purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, fabric mists, sachets, or diffusers unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives broken or unusable, please email us at polished@polishedhomestore.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.


🎁 Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


🔄 How to Request a Return

Please email polished@polishedhomestore.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief note about the reason for return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to reflect in your account.
