Our products are sourced from various wholesale suppliers located inside and outside the US. Shipping times vary based on product availability and location. Items not received within 30 days of purchase are eligible for refund unless otherwise noted.

Most of our products come from suppliers that are based in North America, and these typically ship within a 3-5 day window.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email polished@polishedhomestore.com and we will provide options to replace or refund your purchase. As most of our products are handmade, please be prepared to accept some imperfections and variations in the product. All product dimensions listed are approximate.

PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

Our prices are in US dollars. Discount codes expire and are not guaranteed. Items noted with an asterisk (*) are excluded from discounts and promotions.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. 

I CHANGED MY MIND AND NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER - HOW DO I DO THAT?

If you need to cancel your order, submit a cancellation request by replying to your emailed order confirmation within 24 hours (polished@polishedhomestore.com). We can cancel orders within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order is fulfilled it cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We will select the best carrier and method of shipping based on the size and weight of the products you order. Standard shipping within the continental US is free. Rates outside the US vary.

Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 7-10 days based on location. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at polished@polishedhomestore.com. 

Delivery service is to your door. Delivery does not include unpacking or assembly.

RETURNS

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Furniture
  • Clearance and Final Sales items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Open Box Items
  • Promotional items e.g. Gift with purchase

 Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Shipping charges
  • Assembly services included with delivery

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

Refund Options

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please let us know immediately. Once goods are in your possession for more than 24 hours, we cannot accept any claims for damage.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose our customer information to other sources. During a sales transaction, your credit card information, if submitted, is never stored. Any information we collect from you is solely for the processing of your order. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, on occasion we will send you targeted marketing information or special product offers. In every marketing email you will have the option to unsubscribe and avoid receiving future emails from us.
